Meg Dougherty

Meg Dougherty is currently the Chief of Staff at Capital One, where they leverage their extensive experience in operations and management. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations & Expansion at Common House, effectively managing operations across multiple clubs and driving significant revenue growth. Meg also has a background in marketing from their internship at Eli Lilly and experience in franchise development from The Scout Guide. They hold an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in American Studies from the University of Virginia.
