Mike Staph

Mike Staph is currently the Regional Sales Manager at Capital One, where they lead a team of Area Sales Managers across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Previously, Mike served as an Area Sales Manager at Capital One Auto Finance from 2000 to 2013, managing customer relationships in NW Indiana and South Chicago Suburbs. They also held the position of Sales Director at Exeter Finance Corp for a year and were an Area Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car prior to that, overseeing a team of over 30 employees. Mike completed their education at Michigan State University between 1985 and 1988.
