Peter Sweeney

Peter Sweeney is a Managing Director in Capital One’s Financial Institutions Group, where they focus on providing capital solutions for middle market direct lenders and private credit managers. Prior to joining Capital One in 2015, Peter worked as an Associate at BMO Capital Markets and has also held roles as a Fixed Income Trader at Geneva Trading and a Derivatives Trader at Howell Point Trading. With over 15 years of experience in banking and capital markets, Peter holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Peter is a CFA Charterholder.
