Peter Szewczyk is the Head of CRE East Coast Originations at Capital One, responsible for overseeing the Boston, Chicago, New York, and Mid-Atlantic CRE markets and teams. Previously, they served as a Managing Director in Real Estate Sponsor Finance & Investment Banking, providing comprehensive banking solutions to RE private equity and mortgage REITs. Their career at Capital One also included roles as Vice President of Real Estate Investment Banking and Team Lead for the Mid-Atlantic & Midwest CRE efforts. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, where they graduated with Dean's Graduation Honors.
