Peter Yu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic planning across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff & Head of Operations for Enterprise Consumer Platforms at Capital One since March 2025, Peter previously held roles such as Head of Strategy, Technology, and PMO at StarKist Co. and Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at Aervivo. Career beginnings include positions at Google as Program Director, Deloitte as Strategy & Operations Consulting Manager, and a decade as a Naval Officer & Naval Aviator in the US Navy. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy, complemented by formative education at Lakeside School.
