Phil Harder

Phil Harder has extensive experience in software engineering and project management, currently serving as a Technical Lead at Capital One since June 2018, after progressing from a Senior Android Software Engineer role. Previous positions include Sr. Android Developer at Mobile Apps Company and Field Service Engineer at eTouchMenu. Phil also has a background in pre-sales project management as an Opportunity Manager at Storeworks and held various consulting and technical roles at Robert Half Technology, Kroll Ontrack, and Merrill Corporation. Phil holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from National American University-Roseville.
