Rob Keeling

Rob Keeling brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, having served as Senior Vice President at Capital One from February 2018 to February 2023, overseeing HR for Enterprise Services, Technology, International operations, and various business segments. Previously, Rob held the position of Managing Vice President at Capital One Bank, leading HR initiatives for the bank and the Corporate Strategy team. Early entrepreneurial endeavors include founding Carytown Burgers and Fries and Etc. for the Home, an upscale interior design store. Rob's educational background includes a Master's degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and completion of the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University.
