Robby Ackles

Robby Ackles is currently a Principal Associate on the Enterprise HR Strategic Operations Team at Capital One, leading projects focused on data analysis, process improvement, and organizational design. Previously, Robby held various roles including Sr. Legislative Intern at the California State Senate, where they managed constituent correspondence and conducted policy research, and Sr. Campus Leader at Apple, where they coordinated educational marketing efforts for college campuses. Robby earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Computing and a minor in Professional Writing from the University of California, Los Angeles.
