Robert Brown, CFE, CCEP, is the Senior Director of Risk Management at Capital One, where they lead a team of risk managers in identifying and managing operational risks. With extensive experience in operational risk management and compliance, they previously held positions at Circuit City and CarMax, where they developed internal controls and managed financial operations. Robert also directed corporate investigations and compliance programs during their tenure at Capital One. They possess a Bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond, which they are currently pursuing.
