Seth Meier

Seth Meier is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leveraged and corporate loans across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Capital One since June 2018, Seth leads a deal team responsible for underwriting and managing loans, overseeing diligence, and negotiating key legal documentation. Prior to this role, Seth was a Director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from May 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included leading origination and underwriting of syndicated ABL revolvers and advising on ABL structuring. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President at GE Commercial Finance, focusing on structured underwriting and management of Sponsor backed loans, and as Syndication Manager at ACC Capital. Seth holds an MBA in Finance from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Business from the University of Utah.
