Shailesh Hemdev

Shailesh Hemdev is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software and data engineering. Currently serving as a Director of Data Engineering and Director of Software Engineering at Capital One, Shailesh has previously held leadership roles at ForeSee (acquired by Verint) as Director of Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering Manager, and Software Engineering Manager. Earlier career experiences include working as a Software Architect at Covisint, Sr. Architect at AT&T, and Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra. Shailesh is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at The Johns Hopkins University, with a prior Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield.
