Stephen Biggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and project coordination. They began their career as a Project and Process Coordinator at Richmond Construction Group, where they handled tenant improvement projects and managed budgets. Stephen later served as an Acquisition and Sales Specialist at Home Solutions of Virginia, where they analyzed property leads and established financing strategies. They further honed their skills as an Associate Project Manager at CBRE and currently leads the National Facilities Capital Program in Retail Property Management at Capital One. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Real Estate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
