Subhashish Chatterjee

Subhashish Chatterjee, also known as Subho, currently serves as the Production Support SRE Manager at Capital One, a position held since February 2022. In this role, Subhashish orchestrates the Site Reliability Engineering strategy for over 250 critical application platforms and manages a team of 14 engineers to ensure high levels of system availability, performance, and resilience. Prior to this, Subhashish worked at PenFed Credit Union from March 2013 to December 2025 in various roles, including Production Support/Data Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Enterprise Data Operation center. Additionally, Subhashish's earlier experience at Capital One from August 2009 to February 2013 included serving as a Sr. Business System Analyst and Sr. Operation Specialist, focusing on project planning, stakeholder analysis, and system maintenance. Subhashish holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.
