Tanner Saur

Tanner Saur is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management within the hospitality and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Capital One since October 2021, Tanner previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at MyEyeDr. from November 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience at Hilton spans several roles, including Recruiter for Hotel Operations, as well as Sales and Housekeeping Manager through the Corporate Management Development Program. Tanner also completed internships in Global Learning & Talent Development and DoubleTree Brand Performance Support at Hilton. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University.
