Tim Mullins is the Chief Market Transformation Officer at Capital One, leading the national sales strategy for Auto Finance digital products and overseeing the Sales Analytic and Process Management teams. With over 15 years of experience at Capital One, Tim previously held roles including Vice President of Sales and Regional Relationship Manager. Tim began their career as a Relationship Manager in 2006 and has significantly influenced the sales landscape for Auto Finance across the U.S. Additionally, Tim serves on the Dallas Children’s Theatre Board and the UT Dallas Jindal School of Management Advisory Council. Tim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Texas Tech University.
