Trace Robbins

Trace Robbins is a retail banking executive recognized for their transformational leadership and ability to inspire high-performance teams. They served as the Consumer Market Manager at Bank of America from 2009 to 2011 and have been the Director and Market Executive at Capital One since 2011, overseeing the retail bank network in central and western Louisiana and northeastern Texas. Prior to these roles, Trace held the position of District Sales Manager at HSBC North American Holdings from 1991 to 2009, successfully leading multiple district turnaround assignments across several states. Currently, Trace is pursuing a degree in Ethical and Inclusive Leadership at the University of South Florida, along with an Executive MBA at Texas A&M University-Commerce, where they maintain a 4.0 GPA, as well as a BBA in Business Administration from Texas State University.
