Will Roos

Will Roos is currently serving as Principal Associate in CRE Structured Finance at Capital One since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Underwriting Analyst and Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust from July 2023 to October 2025. Will also completed an Originations Internship at PCCP, LLC in May 2022, and held positions in various capacities including Marketing Operations Intern at Oakland Roots Sports Club and Academic Tutor for Project Matriarchs. Early work experience includes roles as a Counselor at Decathlon Sports Club and Soccer Without Borders, and as a Bellhop and Porter at Hotel Drisco. Will Roos earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Global Studies with a Distinction from Colby College, where studies were complemented by a term at Universidad de Salamanca. Will graduated from Lick-Wilmerding High School in May 2019.
