Winnie Chan

Winnie Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and client service within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Travel Rule Quality Assurance Principal Associate at Capital One since February 2017, Winnie has successfully managed issue resolution, KYC requirements, training programs, and compliance partnerships, leading to a significant increase in productivity.
