Stuart Wetherly

Stuart Wetherly is the Group Finance Director at Capital & Regional. Stuart has over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial management.

Stuart began their career at Deloitte in 1999, where they worked for six years as an Associate. Stuart then moved to Johnson Matthey in January 2005, where they served as the Corporate Accounting Manager for just over a year. In January 2006, Stuart returned to Deloitte, where they worked for six years as a Director.

Some of Stuart's notable projects include overseeing the consolidation of international corporate accounting functions for monthly reporting to the board of a FTSE 100 Plc, preparation of annual head office budgets, and presenting at a Global Finance Conference. Stuart has also worked on FirstGroup's $3.5bn acquisition of Laidlaw International Inc, William Hill's Online Joint Venture with Playtech plc, and Mothercare plc's acquisition of Early Learning Centre.

Stuart Wetherly has an ACA from ICAEW and a BSC (JT Hons) in Economics and Statistics from UCL. Stuart also has A-Levels in Mathematics, Economics and English Literature from Havant College. In October/December 2014 they did the Deloitte Next Generation CFO Programme.

Stuart Wetherly works with Nikki Jones - HR Director, Zoe Fenner - General Manager, Snozone Yorkshire, and Sara Jennings - Director of Guest and Customer Experience. Their manager is Lawrence Hutchings, Chief Executive.
