We, at Capital Resource Consultants (CRC), focus on helping strong boutique investment firms and institutional investment consultants confidentially build out their research and/or business development team.

For us, it’s all about confidentiality in the search! If you are openly advertising for a position, then we are probably not the firm for you.

Our strength is confidentially helping institutional (and retail) investment firms and consultants across the asset spectrum. So if you are a long only, fundamentally-driven equity investment boutique or a private equity/credit shop…give us a call. If you are an alternative boutique or a quant-driven shop…we can help.

Creating Alpha is alive and well! But being able to add long-term Alpha is consistently becoming more and more difficult. Mediocre results will not be tolerated by the investing community.

So, finding and securing TOP talent is the foundation to economic survival these days. This is why we focus on identifying the top 15% of talent in any given search.

Very often an investment company’s success is a function of its philosophy and culture. So, we focus very hard on understanding your company’s story, branding and culture before we take on an assignment. This is what sets us apart.

It’s all about the message! It’s one thing to find the right talent. It’s quite another to present the right story in the right light! Click on “Recruitment Process” to understand our 6-Step Path to a Successful Hire.

In addition, we help investment professional through the highly charged process of career change. Our 30 module program goes through every conceivable stress point to make you a stronger candidate and a better hire! To learn more, visit us at...
