Jonathan Arnold

Jonathan Arnold possesses a diverse background in operations and management within the heavy equipment and production industries. Currently serving as Dry-Plant Crew Lead and Heavy Equipment Operator at Capital Sand since November 2018, Jonathan has prior experience as a Loadout Operator at Covia and as Dry Side Supervisor - Nights at Erna Frac Sand, L.C. where supervision of a night crew for frac-sand production was a key responsibility. Jonathan's earlier roles include working as a Hunting Guide at Halliburton, providing guided experiences for high-profile clients, and completing an internship at Reeder Distributors, Inc., where responsibilities included wildlife management and ranch maintenance. Jonathan began a career in the field at Patterson UTI as a Floorhand, contributing to various tasks such as mud mixing and safety training. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management from Tarleton State University.
