Kees van Harten

Kees van Harten is the founder of Capital Value B.V., a specialist and market leader in the Dutch housing investment market, providing transaction, valuation, and advisory services. They previously served as a real estate lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from 1997 to 2002, and held director positions at Troostwijk Makelaars O.G. and Van Harten Vastgoedadvies between 2002 and 2012. Kees also worked as a National Director at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2007 to 2010. They hold a Master's degree in Law from Universiteit Utrecht and a Master's in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, along with a notarial degree from Stichting Beroepsopleiding Notariaat.
