Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Capital

Charly Román has an extensive work experience spanning over many years. They most recently worked as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Hum Capital, beginning in February 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Covalto from April 2019 to January 2020. While at Covalto, they also served as a Squad Leader, managing software development and data science teams, designing hiring processes, and conducting performance reviews.

Charly Román began their education in 2004 at the Grupo Metropolitano de Computación e Idiomas, where they pursued a Carrera Técnica in Programming. Charly completed this program in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, Charly attended Centro de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos No. 9, where they obtained a Carrera Técnica specializing in Programming. In March 2015, they earned a certification in "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera Verified Certificates.
