Keith Costello

Keith Costello CFA serves as the Chairman, President, and CEO of Locality Bank since March 2021, focusing on leveraging technology to support local businesses. In addition, Costello is a Bank & SBIC Advisory Board Member at Capitala Group. Previous leadership roles include President and CEO of First GREEN Bank from May 2016 until its sale in October 2018, and President of E & K Financial. Costello also held the position of Division President at Centennial Bank and served as President and CEO of Broward Bank of Commerce, a de novo bank that was sold to Centennial Bank in 2014. Early career experiences include key positions at Bank of Florida, Great Florida Bank, City National Bank of Florida, and NationsBank. Costello holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BS in Business Management from the University of Tampa.
