Ashith Alva

Ashith Alva currently serves as the Deputy Chief Development Officer at CapitaLand since January 2007, while also holding the position of Senior Vice President, Project Management at Jewel Changi Airport Development Pte Ltd since January 2014, where Ashith heads Project Design, Development & Management. Prior to these roles, Ashith was the Manager of Technical Services at Raffles Holdings from January 2001 to January 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore (2006-2008), a Master of Science in Project Management from the National University of Singapore (1998-2001), and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mysore (1988-1994). Ashith participated in the Glenn Murcutt Master Class in 2010.
