Aylwin Tan

Aylwin Tan currently serves as the Chief Customer Solutions Officer at CapitaLand and Ascendas Pte Ltd, a position held since July 2019 and April 2011, respectively. As Chairman of RIA Venture Capital Pte Ltd since June 2016, Aylwin oversees strategic initiatives and investments. Aylwin was previously the Chief Customer Solutions Officer at Ascendas-Singbridge Pte Ltd from June 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing the successful merger of Ascendas and Singbridge. Aylwin's earlier experience includes a 13-year tenure as Executive Director at the Singapore Economic Development Board, supporting various government-to-government projects. Aylwin's academic qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
