Christopher Stanley

Christopher Stanley is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Head of Western U.S. at CapitaLand, a leading diversified real estate and alternative asset group based in Singapore. With a robust background in real estate private equity, Christopher previously held roles at Rockwood Capital, focusing on acquisitions and asset management, and at Canyon Partners, where investments centered on special situation and opportunistic real estate transactions. Early in his career, Christopher worked as a Senior Associate at Reis, analyzing CMBS, distressed debt, and commercial real estate loans. Christopher holds an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a BSE in Electrical Systems Engineering with minors in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
