Devashish GUPTA

Devashish Gupta is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in site selection, acquisitions, and development management for digital infrastructure and energy in APAC. Currently serving as the Managing Director at CapitaLand, Devashish leads end-to-end greenfield and platform acquisitions for data centres. Prior to this, they held positions such as Chief Investment Officer at ESR Group and Director at Rising Straits Capital, managing substantial investments and development projects across multiple countries. Devashish holds an MBA from the Henry B. Tippie School of Management in the USA and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the National Institute of Technology in India.
