Joy Foo

Joy Foo is a seasoned professional in employee engagement and communications, currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at CapitaLand since 2024. Joy’s career includes roles such as Marketing Project Executive at Mercer Singapore from 2004 to 2007 and multiple positions in internal communications at Microsoft Asia Pacific Operations Center, where Joy worked from 2012 to 2023. Joy also held a managerial role in corporate marketing on a contract basis at HSBC Ltd in 2011 and has experience in senior marketing communications with Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific and corporate communications at DBS Vickers Securities. Joy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Curtin University and a Post-Grad Diploma in Marketing Communications from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
