Kenneth Lim

Kenneth Lim is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Managing Director for East China at CapitaLand since January 2020, Kenneth previously held multiple leadership roles at Capitamalls Asia Limited from March 2011 to 2019, including Regional General Manager for East China and General Manager of Investment for China. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Property Investments at Surbana Land (China) Pte Ltd from July 2003 to February 2011. Kenneth Lim holds an MBA from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School, completed in 2003.
