Ashling Simon

Ashling Simon is currently the Head of Compliance at Capitalflow, where they lead the Compliance function and oversee Financial Crime and Data Protection departments. With over 13 years of experience in the financial services sector, Ashling has held key roles at institutions such as the Central Bank of Ireland, AIB, and PwC Ireland, focusing on retail products, conduct, and operational risk. They hold an MSc in Management from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and are a Licentiate of the Institute of Bankers. Ashling has also contributed to education as a Consultant Lecturer at the Institute of Banking, delivering courses on Culture and Consumer Protection in Financial Services.
