Daniel Krick

Daniel Krick has over 15 years of work experience in the energy industry. Daniel is currently the Director of Operations for US Renewables at Capital Power, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Plant Manager at the Arlington Valley Energy Facility for Capital Power from November 2018 to March 2022.

Before joining Capital Power, Daniel worked at Star West Generation LLC, where they held various roles including Plant Manager from October 2016 to November 2018 and Production Manager from January 2013 to September 2016. Daniel also gained experience as a Production Manager at NAES Corporation from November 2011 to December 2012 and as a Plant Engineer at North American Energy Services from May 2010 to October 2011.

Daniel began their career at the Nuclear Power Training Unit in Ballston Spa, where they served as a Shift Supervisor from 2005 to 2010. Daniel also held the role of Shift Supervisor/Nuclear Plant Engineer at NPTU Ballston Spa during the same period. Throughout their career, Daniel has consistently demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the energy industry.

Daniel Krick obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, which they pursued from 2001 to 2005.
