John Tweddle

John Tweddle is an experienced technical leader with a strong background in desktop support and hardware asset management. Currently serving as Team Lead - Desktop at Capital Power since July 2019, John previously held multiple leadership roles at Wipro Limited Canada since June 1999, where responsibilities included managing teams for the ATCO Project in workstation support and vendor management. John has demonstrated high team performance and strong staff retention while providing tier 2 IT support for a significant fleet of computers across diverse regions. John's technical journey began in customer support roles and included positions such as Microsoft Access Database Programmer with the City of Edmonton and Computer Sales Associate at Future Shop. John holds a Diploma in Microcomputer Specialist from MacEwan University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science from the University of Alberta.
