Scott Yost

Scott Yost has over 20 years of work experience in security and contingency planning. Scott currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Security and Contingency Planning at Capital Power since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at EPCOR Utilities Inc. for 13 years as a Senior Manager, Physical Security and Emergency Management, where they developed and executed the long-term strategic plan for physical security and emergency management. Scott represented the company in dealings with security regulators, law enforcement agencies, and intelligence groups. Before that, Scott worked for the Government of Alberta for almost a decade as a Provincial Sheriff, where they were involved in recruitment, staff training and development, executive protection, and general patrol functions.

Scott Yost attended Memorial Composite High School, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.
