Adri T.

Adri T. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of HR Shared Services at Capitec Bank since August 2007. In this role, Adri T. is one of three subject matter experts responsible for the SAP Success Factors project implementation, focusing on system testing, changes, and the review of HR business processes. Previous positions at Capitec include HR Manager for Recruitment Central Services, overseeing the HR Recruitment Team's functions, budget management, data analysis, and recruitment policies.
