Andreas Horak currently serves as the Head of Group Reward, Culture and Benefits at Capitec since August 2024. Prior to this role, Andreas was the Head of Reward Consulting and Deals at Remchannel under Old Mutual Limited from April 2023 to August 2024 and founded Novacom Consulting from October 2015 to October 2016. Andreas has extensive experience from PwC, where, from March 2010 to June 2013, Andreas held various positions including Manager in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services and later became a Partner in the People & Organisation division, co-leading the Reward consulting practice. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Johannesburg and is a registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
