Brian Scanlen has extensive experience in credit operations and management within the banking sector, currently serving as Credit Operations Manager at Capitec Bank since November 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held significant positions at Absa Group, including Head of Credit Operations and Senior Credit Underwriter, from October 2018 to November 2022. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Standard Chartered and Equity Bank Uganda, as well as a credit officer position at Bank of Africa - Uganda.
