Charity Mdaka is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, collections, marketing, and media processing. Currently serving as a Tracing Agent at Vermaak and Van Heerden since October 2020, Charity has held various roles simultaneously, including Customer Service Representative at Affinity Health Plan, Marketing Consultant at Prosam Consulting & Training Group, and Collections Agent at Capitec Bank.
