Craig Meyer

Craig Meyer is currently the Operations Manager for Collection Services at Capitec, where they lead a team of over 200 members and focus on enhancing debt recovery processes and operational efficiency. With more than two decades of experience at Capitec Bank, Craig has held various leadership roles, including Head of Collections and Regional Manager, where they successfully implemented innovative collection strategies and managed large teams. They hold a National Diploma in Project Management from Damelin and are enhancing their skills through ongoing education, including a Future Shift Development Programme at Duke University. Craig is passionate about continuous self-improvement, staff development, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
