Daniel Webb is an experienced professional in decision science and analytics with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Decision Science at Capitec since May 2021, Daniel previously held senior roles at Mercantile Bank South Africa and Quantium, where expertise in data science and artificial intelligence was harnessed to drive transformation. Daniel’s earlier career includes significant positions at Experian, FNB South Africa, and Standard Bank Group, where responsibilities ranged from managing credit analytics to delivering bespoke analytical solutions. Daniel's educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Programme in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside multiple degrees in Financial Economics and Econometrics from the University of Johannesburg.
