Dumisile Mphofu

Dumisile Mphofu is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Portfolio Lead at Capitec since September 2022. Previously, Dumisile worked at Yellowwood from May 2017 to August 2022, progressing through roles as Mid-Weight Strategist, Junior Strategist, Strategy Analyst, and Intern, where responsibilities included leading strategy projects, conducting research, writing proposals, and supporting team development. Additionally, Dumisile was part of the HDI Junior Board of Directors at HDI Youth Marketeers from 2014 to 2016, providing insights into youth behavior and culture. Dumisile holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Wits Business School and a degree in Strategic Communication in Marketing from the University of Johannesburg.
