Elegance Gozo

Elegance Gozo is an accomplished Talent Brand Evangelist at Capitec since June 2023, and an Honorary Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society since September 2019. With extensive experience in talent management, Gozo has been a key figure in various leadership roles, including the Global Youth Lead at Vodafone and Group Emerging Youth & Talent Lead at Vodacom Group, where significant achievements include designing an Emerging Talent Function and managing annual budgets exceeding R100 million. Previous positions include Head of Young Talent at Barclays Africa Group Limited and Marketing Manager at Nedbank Ltd. Gozo holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, a Master's in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, and has received multiple awards for top performance throughout an extensive career in human resources and marketing.
