Elisha Govender is a passionate and results-driven leader with a decade of experience in empowering teams and driving meaningful change. Currently serving as Product Head of Channel Engineering at Capitec, Elisha orchestrates client-centric solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning. Previously, Elisha held roles including Product Manager for Virtual Branches at Capitec Bank and Growth Manager for Digital Channels at FNB South Africa, where they successfully managed teams and delivered innovative products. Elisha earned a Cum Laude Postgraduate in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science in 2017.
