Jaco Rossouw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product Line at Capitec since January 2024, Jaco previously held the position of CEO and Director at Principa from 2011 to January 2024, and managed capability development and change initiatives at Absa Group from 2008 to 2011. Jaco’s career began at IBM as a Systems Analyst and Developer, later progressing through various roles that included managing large teams and implementing technology solutions across multiple regions. Jaco holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of the Free State and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions, including the Yale School of Management and Stellenbosch Business School.
