Jahaan Kajee

Jahaan Kajee is an experienced professional in client experience and consumer insights, currently serving as a Senior Client Experience Specialist at Capitec Bank since February 2021. In this role, Jahaan has been instrumental in establishing the Capitec Business CX measurement capabilities, leading diverse customer research projects, and creating detailed CX journey maps to enhance client experiences. Previous positions include Brand Anthropologist at The Culture Foundry Co, Co-Host of the Only Human Podcast at Omniology, and Strategist at Instant Grass International, where Jahaan focused on using human connections to inform brand strategies.
