Josine Ackerman

Josine Ackerman is an accomplished Leadership Development Specialist at Capitec since March 2012, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful leadership initiatives, including the co-design of Capitec’s Leadership Academy and its flagship program for over 2,000 leaders. Previous roles include serving as a People Development Consultant, where Josine drove a culture strategy and enhanced employee engagement, and as a Team Leader in Learning Design, delivering blended learning solutions that advanced service delivery in the contact center. Josine also has experience as an HR Consultant at LabourNet and Capitec Bank, where responsibilities included skills development, compliance, and managing learning and development projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resources Management from Stellenbosch University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of South Africa.
