Kovilen Naicker is an Executive Associate for the Personal Bank at Capitec, where they serve as Chief of Staff to the group executive and engage in strategic initiatives across various aspects of the organization. With a background in both construction and financial services, Kovilen brings a unique blend of problem-solving skills and multi-disciplinary experience. They have held roles in project management at Group Five and served as a Business Engineer at Capitec, focusing on new system design and client experience delivery. Kovilen co-founded RoK Medical, a medical device manufacturing company, and has earned an MBA from GIBS Business School as well as other advanced qualifications.
