Lenore de Morney

Lenore de Morney is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Capitec Bank since July 2021, focusing on strategic alignment discussions, candidate sourcing for specialized roles, and conducting assessments and interviews. Previously, Lenore served as a Talent Management Officer at PEP from October 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included psychometric testing, report writing, and end-to-end recruitment. Lenore's earlier experience includes roles as a Psychometrist at The Human Route and as an Intern Psychometrist and HR Administrator at The Foschini Group, alongside earlier positions in customer service. Lenore holds a Bachelor's Degree and an Honours Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Western Cape and a Certificate from Stellenbosch University.
