Malika Kalam

Malika Kalam is a seasoned IT and product development professional with a diverse range of leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently, Malika serves as the Head of IT for Branch and Contact Centre, as well as Head of Product at Capitec. Prior to this, Malika held significant roles including Head of PMO, Robotics and Process Engineering at FNB South Africa, and Head of Product Development at DirectAxis. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Product Development Manager at DirectAxis and Lead Business Analyst at TFG (The Foschini Group), along with a background as a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty Training Institute.
