Mark Rule

Mark Rule has extensive experience in administrative and supervisory roles, currently serving as an Assessment Administrator at Capitec Bank since January 2020, following a position as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant within the Recruitment and Selection department. Prior experience includes working as a Service Delivery Supervisor at BLU, a division of Adcorp Workforce Solutions, and as a Conference Assistant at Krystal Beach Hotel, where responsibilities included coordinating conference operations and client interactions. Earlier roles include manufacturing assistance at Aldomar Engineering Solutions, focusing on vending printers and administrative tasks, and serving as a Fitness Consultant at Virgin Active, developing exercise programs for members. Mark holds an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Industrial Psychology from the University of the Western Cape.
